Jon is Managing Director - Asia Pacific for Blue Ant Media, a Canadian based global television producer and distributor.  Jon was formerly Executive Vice President - Asia Pacific for BBC Studios, the global commercial arm of the BBC. As EVP - Asia Pacific, Jon led the 160 strong team based in seven locations around the APAC region and had responsibility for all global distribution lines of business in region. 

 

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UNSW, before BBC Studios, Jon spent almost 12 years with global entertainment company Fremantle rising to the position of CEO Fremantle International APAC. In 2016 he completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University, Palo Alto, California and is a graduate of the AICD. He is a volunteer member of UNSW’s advisory board for External Engagement and is a former advisor to edu tech start-up Mindsets Learning.
